- By Joining the Association for Critical Animal Studies (ACAS), a project of ICAS, you directly support the work that ICAS does to stop the torture and exploitation of nonhuman animals in higher education and the work they do in making higher education a more ethical and inclusive space for nonhuman animals.
- By joining the ACAS you will be joining the first and only organization in the world dedicated to animal advocacy in higher education. Beyond animal advocacy ICAS promotes and aids in the development of academic degrees, programs, working-groups, forums, and committees dedicated to critical animal studies, the only field of study dedicated to the abolition of animal oppression and exploitation.
